Underground Steroids | Human Grade Steroids
Steroid use gained a dedicated following among athletes and bodybuilders striving to achieve their peak in performance and muscle mass. The use of steroids among professional athletes and competitors is banned governing agencies and drug testing for steroids or other illegal drug use has become common. In certain countries such as the US, steroids have become controlled substances. This led to a black market of sorts and sale of underground steroids.
Underground steroids can come from many sources including human grade steroids manufactured by well-known pharmaceutical companies. Not all underground steroids are produced in someone's kitchen sink with a wooden ladle, and as mentioned before their varying sources for these products. What follows is a short list of possible sources of underground steroids.
Human grade steroids have very high quality control measures and the strictest standards possible. This means that human grade steroids may be more expensive but these steroids may be manufactured by well-known pharmaceutical companies and adhere to higher standards in manufacture and dosage control than many other sources of underground steroids. If you look at steroid pictures, you can often tell the different between a pharmaceutical company, and an underground lab.
There are underground steroids that are pharmaceutical grade, but intended for animal use. Veterinary grade steroids are for animal use and although sterile techniques and quality control measures are in place in the making of these steroids, controls are not as strict as with human grade steroids.
Finally, there are the underground lab steroids, which have varying standards of quality control as well as sterility measures. In the case of steroids from underground labs the quality is generally unknown and may be anywhere from very good to potentially harmful. There is no controlling agency over underground steroids produced in underground steroid labs and sometimes these steroids come from workers with no knowledge of sterile technique or chemistry and little regard for sanitation.
Also all three of these types of steroids come from different sources and have perhaps varying levels of safety and quality controls, though all three are designated underground steroids.
Human grade steroids from recognized pharmaceutical manufacturers are the most consistent and safe of any underground steroids. Underground steroids produced for animal consumption or produced in underground labs generally have less strict or no quality control measures, and possibly less sterile environments, and hence carry with them more potential for negative side effects due to incorrect dosage or bacterial contamination.
When it comes to underground steroids, pharmaceutical grade steroids present the least risk to the consumer’s health, if you accept the health risks that 'roids present in general. Vet grade or animal grade steroids will still have consistent dosages, however, standards are less strict and therefore more risk may be present in their use by humans. Underground lab steroids or steroids made with kits and from steroid powders have the fewest quality control measures in place and among the underground steroid types probably the least reliable of three.
